Property blueprints for Epstein's secluded tropical island featured within the released materials.
Also contained in this recent document release is shown to be a site plan for Great St James island, found in the American territory.
Epstein purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the larger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had formulated ambitious plans to transform the substantial island by constructing homes, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Marked on the blueprint is a local waterway, a waterway in the territory, noted on the bottom right.
The site plan is marked up in red pen markings and contains a notes section labelling various areas of the property.
In addition to this are what appear to be several other property layouts and construction drawings, such as layouts for marina coverings.
Additional materials released as part of the continuing congressional disclosure.
